I had to open up a claim with eBay to get paid back & I never heard back from the seller. I provided the refund per his threating request, after a life event (moving) caused the item to be misplaced for a period of time, and then again when my girlfriend re-did our new closet. A series of unfortunate events that clearly deemed a refund, so I sent it in full. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not even have the item, so I provided a picture w/ the date.
