Excellent Expert Tai Chi Instruction!
Absolutely FANTASTIC! Took a Tai Chi for Arthritis class, not for the arthritis benefits but to help improve my balance, and then ordered this to maintain & improve on what I had learned in the class. This video is exactly what I expected from Paul Lamb. The instruction is very clear. The introduction, warmup, and cool down segments are the same on all of the videos I've bought so far but one can fast forward to reach the actual instruction on the form.
