A fantastic improvement of an elderly maglite...
The LED works with rechargeable cells. Not all led's will operate on the slightly lower voltage supplied by rechargeable NiMH batteries but these are superb. the clear bright beam is magnificent compared to the original incandescent bulbs and less likely to fail if the torch is dropped. Does exactty what it says on the tin.
one fully functional and one with the leaky battery issue (jammed batteries) Now both fully operational and me saving for the LED conversion bulbs. I do like these torches and their weather proofing however second and and you need to spend some time cleaning them particularly the clear front lense polish to remove scratches the threads and the seals which benefit from a drop of silicone oil or two to help them seat and rotate.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

reasonable

Nice sturdy, reliable Maglite
Bulb could be brighter so replacing with LED, i didnt buy it to be lightweight, i bought it deliberately because it's heavy. Of course it's durable, it's a Maglite....Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
