They told me to send it back for a refund, without answering my other question. Then when they got it back, they actually realized it was the wrong item, but not that it was their mistake. Instead they accused me of switching it out, and refused to pay the refund. I'm not sure if they're intentionally scamming me or are just incompetent. I have been selling on ebay forever, I don't benefit by trying to screw my customers!
