Quick and easy

Faulty hook
Good color, not brassy. The only thing that didn't work, and was the same in that last kit I bought,it is that it needs a better hair pulling hook. It kept bending, did not pull a good amount of hair, which made my finished highlighting uneven , and with the last kit like this, the hook after constantly bending broke! I had to use my crochet hook, which worked perfectly. Are all companies interested in cutting costs and cheapening their product, or being proud of their product with equipment that isn't substandard? If they had a decent hook, that didn't bend, or break this product would be excellent and is the only kit I would purchase as I love everything else about it!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great results at home
