A GOLD MINE of great information!! Worth ANY price!!
If you are at all interested in managing/directing your own health without blindly accepting what "health care professionals" tell you, then BUY THIS BOOK!! I got this book at a great price on eBay, but I would gladly have paid a hundred times as much for this information! There are too many good things to list here, but I will say that the section on the detrimental effects of fluoride has CHANGED MY LIFE!! My teeth are whiter and stronger, my joints don't ache (past sports injuries, I once thought) and my cardiovascular performance has improved significantly since eliminating fluoride intake (as much as possible- that stuff is EVERYWHERE). Save your own life
Allopathic medical doctors are only there to sell drugs, as much as they can and they are pressured or threatened(by the US government) if they don't push enough, and they also humor you a little so it's not obvious you are there for profit only. Look it up, it's called standard of care and basically the only thing this type of doctor can do is match a drug to a symptom(that you tell them) and they don't even have to do any testing or actually diagnose a problem. This book is a glimpse at real medicine, that has for decades, not been allowed to be practiced by mainstream(allopathic, standard of care) doctors. It saves lives and costs little in comparison and does not support a fake medical industry, which now owns(controls) most of the government regulating agencies.
