Belgian author Jeanne Van Hamme's graphic novel XIII comes to life on next-generation platforms as a first-person shooter featuring cel-shaded graphics and an engine based on Epic Games' award-winning Unreal technology. Playing the role of an ex-secret agent who has lost his memory, players must piece together the clues to his dark past before it's too late. The game follows a similar format to the graphic novel from which it is based, as much of the story is told through a series of flashbacks. Four-player support is available via split screen.

    I ordered 7 hardback books and they were immediately shipped via USPS. I was provided tracking info and after 2-3 days of tracking, the package appeared lost somewhere in CA. I contacted the seller and they immediatly started tracking and went to a post office and a distribution center asking for help. I went to my post office and was told the package was lost. The seller refunded my money which they probably did not have to do but I will buy from them again. Very professional.

    This order was shipped super quickly and safely. The books arrived intact, and, as described, in very good condition (only minor wears which weren’t exactly visible in the pics, but I am not mad about it!). The price for these 3 was more than decent, but the shipping costs were insane! As a collector, I was willing to pay and I don’t regret it! The vendor replied promptly, but it doesn’t seem like English is their mother tongue, so they may come across as curt.

    Comic book visuals, compelling story, interesting overall

    Good game for the price. The Art style is very comic-book which makes this game unique in its presentation. While at the same time the story and what is going on in-game is very serious. This combination of compelling story and comic book graphics actually works surprisingly well. It is an interesting game and I cannot wait to play more of it.

    XIII is an amazing game. Ahead of its time.

    The storytelling in this game in incredible. It's as if you are actually playing a bit part in a movie. The change of locations, and the scenarios placed ahead of the main protagonist are hands down the best I've ever seen in a video game. And I've played many new games out for the new systems.

    One of the best shooter game for the Gamecube.

    Worth having in any gamecube collection. solo mode and multiplayer is great.
