These are great tape measures. They last a long time, have great recoil and are narrow enough to fit nicely in my tool bag. Super hard to find now.

Tough and easy to read
I got used to using the dewalt tape measure. They are durable and easy to read. I am in the trades so my tape measure is always the most used and most important tool I own. This is a great tool for a great price.

Exceptional standout at 13 ft , super price with free shipping, Dewalt name and quality easily seen and felt.
A very good solid tape measure. It feels good in your hand and the tape will standout a true 13 ft without failing. Like most people I use my other hand to feed and found I could easily get this way past 13 ft with 2 hands to guide the clip to something to latch on to, which really helps me. I measure homes for Insurance companies and work alone. The tape end clip wings stick out perfectly to catch things so I can measure long distances easily alone. It is made, as well as, any of the others, ie Stanley FatMAX, XTREME, etc, which I have been using for over 10 years consistently or any other quality tape measure. For me I do over a hundred measures a day, so Tape measures usually don't last more than 6 months with the workout/abuse I give them. So far so good with the Dewalt, I will know if this is going to be my new go to tape measure upon seeing, how long it lasts. What is also really important to mention is the great price and free shipping, which for me made this a no brainer choice for a Dewalt with 13 ft standout.

Dewalt tape
Frist one lasted a few months but wasn't great ever..then second dewalt Tape made it two day before broke very cheap.. Locking broke after only a day or two.. cheap China junk all the way . No good. Maybe ok for around the house
