Great cup. Worthless app
I was eager to get the Ember mug 2 cause my wife enjoys hers. App works with her iPhone 12. My mug came in a factory package with charger and coaster. Charged overnight. Works well to keep coffee at a perfect 135F. The app connected and I selected a color for the light. Tried to update firmware. Transfer quit at 50% it disconnected. Last time it stayed connected.

I love my Ember mug
My original mug was a Christmas present and I quickly learned how nice it was to get called away from my coffee and returning to find it still perfectly hot! This mug was a replacement for my original. I had used a metal spoon to stir creamer and sweetener into my coffee and over the course of the years it had scraped the white off the bottom of the mug so I thought it was time to treat myself to a new one. This came fast, paired easily with the app, the price was good, and it's perfect!.

Great Wi-Fi cup
I got the Ember cup for my wife and she is thrilled. No more cold cups of coffee or tea. Now we both have the Ember cup and love how it works keeping coffee just the right temperature. Great device

Good product
It is a good mug on the whole, keep your coffee at the desired temperature. However, I feel that it has to be charged rather often.

much to expensive for the value.
in my opinion, it should have at least 2 buttons for hotter or warmer. without at least 2 buttons, you depend on the mobile app, which is pretty basic.

Hot foods and drinks are good.
Love that last swallow of coffee being as hot as the first. I even use it eat my soup from to keep it hot to the very end.

Nice mug
I like everything about it. It keeps my drink hot. The battery doesn’t last long but you can just keep it on the charger the whole time.

Best gift ever!
If you drink coffee, you have to have this mug. There is nothing quite like having a final sip at 140 degrees
