The Realtor (doorknob) Lockbox came without a package and arrived LOCKED. It took a bit of convincing to assure seller is did arrive, in fact, locked! No way to unlock without the code, right? Therefore, it's useless to me. In the end the seller stepped up and did the right thing by honoring the situation. TBH, if I were the seller, I'd likely question the situation too! Nevertheless, refund was issued and all ends well.
