As a result, the envelope was bent during shipping, and the card sustained a bend that extends halfway down the image. I contacted the seller to ask that he use better packaging next time. Instead of simply accepting responsibility and apologizing, he blamed the PO (“Your PO must’ve really jammed that one”). As for timing, the item was shipped within the time expressly stated in the listing. I had a family medical emergency last week.
