Item was identified as New/Unopened, this did not prove to be true. Though the cardboard box was found to be in good shape, we found the plastic packaging inside had been previously opened and misc. part bags were found to be as well. All parts were there with only slight blemishes to the finish and item was able to be used as designed. Fast delivery.

Great for landlords
As a landlord I have been converting all my properties to smartkey locks. They are good quality locks that hold up to tennant abuse and I can rekey them in seconds myself..
