Instead of simply accepting responsibility and apologizing, he blamed the PO (“Your PO must’ve really jammed that one”). More to the point, I asked him if he wanted to return the card and he said no. Apparently, he is happy to keep the item but wants me to grovel. No thanks. As for timing, the item was shipped within the time expressly stated in the listing. I had a family medical emergency last week.
