While the package arrived one day later than the eBay delivery window (USPS routed the package to my local distribution center, then to OH, then back), which was out of the shipper's control. The item arrived in appropriate packaging and in very good condition, exactly as described in the post. This item was purchased at a good value for my use.

I finally received this item today, September 8. That's 3 weeks. I contacted the seller and the response was sorry, once it's shipped it's out of their hands.The item is supposed to be new but it isn't sealed, just in a plastic bag. Lid was off the item when arrived. Very unhappy with this purchase. I won't order from this seller again.
