Over Rated Movie
The DVD was well packed, arrived on time and was a good price. Alas, I thought the film was over rated, especially after all the hype and Oscar awards. To me the movie was all over the place. Indeed, I thought it would be incomprehensible to anyone unaware of the back-story. Fortunately, before viewing the DVD, my wife and I watched the BBC's (1980) 6-part Oppenheimer mini series, starring Sam Waterston, (recently rebroadcast), and this helped us to understand better all of Oppenheimer's trials and tribulations.

Was it the film or the dvd recording - sound quality awful
Sound awful - speech so garbled we had to resort to subtitles. Film content interesting but rather drawn out - we watched in 2 sessions.

What an amazing film.......so insightful it was literally brought to life cillian Murphy is such a fantastic actor.

Excellent film, deserves its Oscars
What could have been a stodgy, overlong biopic turns out to be a fascinating insight into Oppenheimer's life, with fine acting all round and the almost 3 hour running time went by without seeming a moment too long. I highly recommend this intelligent production. Perhaps it could have focused a little more on the actual effects of dropping the 2 atomic bombs on Japan, but overall this excellent film richly deserves its many Oscar awards.

Not worth the Money nor the time spent watching. Edit it down to 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Trying to understand the American accents is a Nightmare. The story line sounds contrived through-out.

Amazing film
Amazing film. Top quality production and excellent acting. Not sure why the nudity scenes needed to be included though. I thought that they were unnecessary and somewhat gratuitous. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of the DVD.
