Myron Mixon shiners
I skin thousands of pounds of catfish a year and I've tried several different brands of skinners . These are absolutely worthless because the jaws dont match up and they are so dull they wont grab onto the skin . By far the worst investment I've ever made on fishing equipment, my old skinners are probably 5 years old and finally the spring collapsed after skipping several thousand pounds and I'm still using them until I can get another set . You need to take these Myron Mixon skinners off the market

Awesome new barbecue tool

This rib skinner is built to last!!! Super happy with the quality. The process of prepping my pork ribs for smoking has been made much more simple. Will be recommending these to my bbq friends!

Skinning Catfish....NOT Functioal
Has no gripping power to hold on to the skin to pull it off the fish. Nice handle, was excited when arrived but disappointed within 5 minutes of trying to use. Would not purchase product, especially considering price.

This along with the membrane removal tool will do it all. I cant tell you how many times I tried to use a pair of pliers.

Pit-Master rib skinner pliers
I like these rib skinner pliers, I can grab the membrane on inside of a slab of ribs and pull. The membrane pulls away easily with little effort. The pliers make the task much easier.
