The tracking number he sent was for a decoy envelope sent to a completely different address in my city. He probably sent an empty envelope to that address, or something equally worthless. This means the tracking with USPS shows Delivered even though he did not actually ship the product. I contacted our USPS postmaster and she confirms this is what is happening. The seller does not reply to messages. It is a scam operation from Israel.
