I would absolutely buy from this person again. The shipping was well packaged and safely bundled. For those reading this comment, I could offer than the 'small mistake' was that the buyer paid for each item separately instead of waiting for a combined S&H from me. It should be mentioned that I corrected for that issue and refunded the excess S&H charges to the buyer. : )

Tail was broken on Slag, appeared intact on seller's picture, so looks like carrier broke it. All other items in order (seller combined for shipping -nice!) were intact and items were complete, in condition as shown in pictures (description was noted as items nice to perfect, see photos and double check online photos/sourceals to confirm). I'm terribly sorry to hear of this mishandling on the part of UPS. I specifically chose them for their reputation with bigger boxes but I suppose even they have their failings. If you happen to have a photo of the box's damage (when you received it, maybe on a doorbell or security camera or even now in the shape it arrived) please message me and I will see if a claim can be processed and refund you a portion for your trouble.
