Best Family Game Ever
Have been looking for this Masters Edition for a few years. My late sister and brother-in-law had one and every time I visited them we would spend hours playing this game and having the best times. When we all got together (my sister, brother-in-law and some or all of their 6 kids, grand kids, and even some times great grand kids we would have a blast playing. It is the best family game ever. When they passed the game went to one of the kids and I have been searching ever since. I like this version much better than the original. It isn't necessarily easier to win but it does add to the friendly competition. The best part is that when the playing cards (not the masters cards) get sticky and too hard to deal you can just replace them with a new deck. If you have more than 4 players (which we often did) we made up different color master cards on post it notes so more of us could play the masters version and added a second deck of Phase 10 playing cards. Recomend this version over the newer one.
I've been playing "Phase 10 Master Edition" with friends in a weekly rotating card game for about 3 months. Only one of us in the group had this version and has to cart it around. I decided to buy it for my house. The only place I could find the "master edition" for a reasonable price was through eBay. Great entertaining game.
