Great item for massage and pain relief
I am really pleased with this tool! It is well made, sturdy, and easy to use. It really helps me with my hip pain- it’s a tricky spot to reach and hard to press- but with this tool it actually makes an impressive difference. Give it a try!!

Great massager stick! Now I can reach any pain point by myself.
LiBa stick is great for self massage! help me reach those pain points on the back and bottom of feet. it s pretty sturdy, too. the two ends snap together tightly and does not wiggle. I purchased multiple of it to share with my family.

Helps take care of your knots!
This trigger point massager is well worth the money. It has several knobs placed at just the correct spacing to get at the trigger points at the base of your neck. It also comes apart for easy travel. It also has a great handle to get those knots at the top of your shoulders.

Great tool for those who suffer from back knots.
Excellent material makes up this massage stick as it doesn't flex too much but it not 100% ungiving and too firm. Excellent targeting of knots with this stick as well.

Easy to use and does the job!
Being a former dental assistant, I would constantly get all tight and knotty in my shoulders and back from sitting over the patients all day. Using this at the office would help so much to untighten those muscles and get relief. I was so happy when I found this and purchased one for me. Still get those muscle spasms in my shoulders and this feels so good to finally have the right tool to message that knotty muscle!

Great product
This is a great product I’m always getting crazy not that I can’t get to, nobody to massage it out for me this is going to change my life :-) and it came so fast my head is spinning . Thank you!

Effective and Useful
This product is light weight but seems very durable. I didn't think I would want or need all the different knobs on it but I have found them all surprisingly helpful. I am able to target trigger points better from a better angle and with better pressure. This has saved my hands and fingers from getting worn out trying to work out knots. Save your hands! Use this instead!!

works good for muscle release
This device works well for targeting pressure points all over your body. Takes a little bit of time to get the right spots at first but this device helped me

Super great product !!
I have neck and back trouble. I use my new LiBa everyday. In the past I tried to use my cane but it never worked right. The LiBa is much heavier and stronger than I imagined. Super glad I bought it.
