Sounds Like You'd Expect.
The album sounds just like you would expect the artists who recorded it should sound. The different songs sound like their composers from the group. The Harrison songs sound like he wrote it, etc. It is a new album with a vintage sound from these artists. It is really enjoyable.

Great CD..Great Sounds!
Ordered this CD to replace another Traveling Wilburys CD which was worn out because I played it so much. Great sounds. Tom, George, and Roy RIP. Your voices will live on!

The Original Issue is Best
At this point, it is widely known that the first Traveling Wilburys record ranks with some of the best music ever recorded. This original 1988 pressing is the best version on CD in my opinion, as the later remasters fall victim to the over-compression tactics used by record companies to make albums sound louder at the sake of the dynamic sound quality. This original pressing is the more dynamically impressive version and should be sought out over the more readily available reissue when possible.

Great songs by Great artists.
There were two traveling Wilburys made and the first one is by far the best, in my opinion, and really only the one we're having.

Don't get the title. Who are the Willburys and why were they called Traveling when the never toured
A friend mentioned the group which I had never heard of and the names of the peopler in the group impressed me. After I listened to it, I think it is the first album I have loved every song on it.

Incredible Music by Top Musicians
This contains the BEST music by some of the top musicians of our century. Every song is incredibly good. To hear the voices of Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, George Harrison, Roy Orbison, and Jeff Lynne is an experience not to be missed.

Excellent selection of songs. Brings back memories from the eighties. Too bad two members of the group are no longer with us. A must have if you’re a fan of Tom Petty and Bob Dylan...
