Fast paced, up beat, & only 30 minutes!
This has to be one of the shortest workouts of Richard Simmons, but you will definitely sweat!!! The music is great, and like all of Richard Simmons' routines, easy to learn! A definite positive addition to my Richard Simmons collection of workouts!
