This item should have been sent via Royal Mail special delivery!! The seller said that there was a choice of how to send it but there wasn t. Also the box that the spoons came in was badly damaged but there was no mention of this in the listing. There should have been clear pictures of the box as you cannot give this as a gift. Seller agreed to a partial refund due to an error.
