A family day trip to the beach in Tijuana offers parents Felix and Sol some intimate time alone. But when their children Sara and Adolfo disappear near a cave, the couple, knowing a fugitive serial killer has been on the loose in the area, call in police to comb the coast. But when the kids emerge seemingly unscathed albeit detached the following day something is amiss. Soon strange disturbances begin plaguing the household and the behaviour of the siblings becomes increasingly hostile. A psychiatrist believes Sara has been sexually assaulted and the incensed Felix and Sol decide to confront the suspect.
