The item quality was as described (used/previously inked); some ink was dried into the feed, but after a good flush it writes perfectly and feels very smooth! Visually looks very nearly new, and was well priced compared to similar pens. It did not come with a converter, but was quite happy to find it did come with the metal cartridge cap.
