Excellent product
Makes it so much easier when I have to either remove the cap on my off-line chlorinator to replace tabs or to replace the cap. Heretofore, sometimes I had to use a block of wood and a rubber mallet - this tool is great. Here's my tip to make it easier to hold in your hand: I added 2 fairly thick sections of Styrofoam (cut to match the length/width of the handle) and duct taped them to sandwich the item's plastic handle to get a good grip when tightening or unloosening the chlorinator cap.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Wrench does the job--BUT---
Wrench does the job--BUT--- . Yes, It opens the top of the chlorinator just fine. My only concern is its life expectancy. It is plastic (makes sense around the chlorine)--BUT is it a bit overly flexible and light weight. For now---I think it is great. How many seasons will it last??? Works great! Easy to check and fill.
Hooking in to my system wasn't the easiest. I had the smaller version and it was a pain to add tablets. This one is way easier to check and refill. Exact replacement after 30 years.
I bought this Clorinator to replace a CL 200 that I had been using for over 30 years. The New one fit right into the same space as the old one no problem. Filling it is a breeze with the easily removed cover. The dial for the concentration of Chlorine is very smooth and accurate. You get what you pay for!
I had purchased five of these o rings and upon receiving them, I immediately installed the first one. In little over a week, that first one warped out and I had to replace it. Both times, I liberally applied the lubricant, as recommended. Now it's only been two days since I installed the second one, and it's already giving me problems opening and closing the lid. Much Improved
