The box was missing the 7 year warrenty sticker on the front but when I registered the produck through the Philips App it gave me the 7 years and I received an email from Philips confirming this and this email is used as your guarantee card. Gives a really close and comfortable shave but needs some practise to satisfy the App that you are shaving the way they want you to! There are plenty of options in the App.

The only issue I had was during the delivery, not the seller's fault but of Royal mail, they wrongly delivered to a different address on a totally different street, but the seller assured me that they will help me out because of the situation I was in, fortunately I was able to retrieve my parcel as I was able to track down the wrong address my phone was at.
