Black Book (a conviction of guilty on paper)
Great Color. Have seen Black Book on DVD or streamed several times so the story is not new with unexpected turns of events. Still enjoyable each time. WWII was only a matter of a relative few hours of flying time to Europe and a state of mind of frightening living and upheaval especially for Jews even as D-Day marked the beginning of the end for German occupation and cruelties as Germany fought to retain its presence in conquered countries west of Germany as depicted in the movie' It is 1944 but knowing specifically that the war in Europe would end in early 1945 was not a given. Consequently, until the German occupied countries were liberated it was very dangerous, unsafe, and threatening to be Jewish even as German occupation was pushed back all the way to Germany & Berlin.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Engaging and thrilling!
Top notch production involving the Dutch resistance to Nazi occupation during the 1944 to 1945 time period. The director has the feel of the time period and a great Dutch cast make this film a must-see for movie fans and military historians alike.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Dutch Resistance with nudity during the last days of WW2
It is an interesting movie with good actors and a fastly developing plot, although 15 min too long to my taste. The story is, of course, quite unrealistic and a bit cartoonish as almost all WW2 movies made after 60 years since the war.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Very good WW2 movie
A very interesting WW2 movie that shows a interesting story line from a rarely told perspective. There is nudity and subtitles that detract from it but the storyline more than makes up for any short cummings.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
