They were spilled in the mail truck so not sure where the shortage came from short shipped are lost at the post office. Now for the magazines they are fantastic I was worried that they might have been damaged. But they somehow made in good condition.

The seller replaced the item - no questions asked. And then the replacement was broken as well (this is incredibly delicate porcelain.) Once again the seller replaced the item without hesitation. In addition, the communication was A++, packaging and shipping were A++.
