Watch it with subtitles
Music I have enjoyed for 30 years but seeing it is so much better. It should be watched with subtitles as trying to follow the lyrics has always been difficult and they are such great lyrics.

Entirely Fantastic
The music, the cast, the story, was all fantastic. Really nice to see Josh Groban in this type of performance. I would love to see him in more musicals. His strong voice was so moving in some of the dramatic moments, it filled me with emotion. Idina Menzel is such a great talent. Always a treat to have her in the cast. Adam Pascal was also great and perfect for the part of the American. The music and writing was fantastic. I looked up the lyrics to follow along the 2nd time I watched it. That made it even more enjoyable!

1 night in something
An interesting play. It has good & bad qualities. The songs are good, especially the famous "One Night In Bangkok." The plot and changes are a bit hard to follow, so you have to watch the whole thing very carefully, which is probably better watch on DVD than see live in concert. There's a booklet talking about the play as well.

The Best Contemporary Opera!
Characters are engaging. The plot is very actual to our political reality of the world. Well DONE! Wishing Mr. Rice could collaborate with Mr. Anderson, and Mr. Ulveaus again!!!

Excellent performance!
Bought to replace an old copy that got scratched. Happy to be able to watch this again! It is one of my very favorite musicals.

Great show, but some disc issues
Great show! The disc skips and won’t play the last scene in Act 1 which is disappointing.
