Simple effective yet still not "Total"
The doctor recommended these in lieu of an expensive (very expensive alternative), and they are an almost immediate relief, along with the exercises aimed at relieving my sizable bone spurs. I would prefer a product to have a "Total" support, when it states that in the actual name, and this product simply doesn't have that for me; it fits very well into my shoes and does it's job, it just does not feel supportive of the heel or arch as well as I think it should. That being said, my opinion is not that of a doctor and this product does give me the ability to walk and not limp everywhere that I go. Summary: I think that this is the best product on the market, that I am aware of, in terms of anything below the $100 mark, was used and recommended by my podiatrist and it works well, I would not expect complete support feel.

High Quality Insole between high-medium Arc to high Arc. Not Medium Arc.
Great Insole quality and very comfort. Its between High Medium Arc to High Arc. I'm medium arc size and its somewhat uncomfortable to one of my feet that have a problem with arc. So, my problem was resolve using the insole that came with the shoes ( thin insole )as platform to this orthopedic insole far better material 5mm insole plus deep heel to accommodate the foot in the right position, and problem solve. Now I have high Medium arc due the first insole platform bend a little the high Arc. If you do not have problem with your feet, as i do, go to a Medium Arc Insole for better cushioning, this insoles do not bend the Arc and it will endure long distance with the high arc intact. Thanks.

Insoles for women to pamper heel spurs
Spenco was recommended by my podiatrist. Had to buy a shoe size 1-1/2 X bigger then what I had been wearing. Will put these in the new shoes & make a judgement call. Definitely has a firmer arch support style the Dr. Scholls brand for heel spurs. Guess this is my last chance effort before getting custom ones. Give them a try folks.

The BEST insoles!
My grandson is training for the Marines - even with good running shoes his feet often hurt. Since giving the Spenco Total Support insoles to him last month, he reports that he's had NO issues of hurting feet or ankles - at all. Based on his level of training and the intensity, I would say these insoles are exceptional. Thank you!

One of the best insoles
I replace all the insoles in my athletic running and walking shoes. No shoe maker brand has a good factory insole so everyone should replace them. A good inexpensive insole is the Spenco Crosstrainer or Heavy Duty (which are essentially the same). The next step up is the Spenco Total Support MAX or the Sof Sole Airr Orthotic both of which I like better than the Superfeet brand insoles (which are pricy). These last three are recommended by my podiatrist.

Top Notch
Excellent inserts that give fantastic arch support and don't wear out quickly. I use these in winter boots that usually don't have much cushioning or support and they cradle my feet perfectly. Excellent product to use if you struggle with plantar fasciitis or overpronation. Highly recommend.

An inexpensive way to relieve foot pain
3rd pair in 3 years. That's about the life span and over that course, I think they're less expensive that custom made. However , those may have better arch support. So I switch around

great product.
this is my second time purchasing. I have bad plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. It's great because it is a full length orthotic.

Best foot forward
We have $100s by trying these insoles rather than going to a foot doctor. My wife works on her feet all day and no longer comes home in pain.
