Tracking shows a 15 minute travel time between local distribution center and my post office took two days, and somehow the item left the distribution center twice. Box arrived looking like it was dropped and there was a functional issue with unit as a result. Seller IMMEDIATELY issued a full refund without return. You don't get better service than that. This is a reputable seller!
