Great Horrible Fun!
I loved this movie! It has all the ingredients necessary to make it a sure fire cult classic. They definitely do not make em like this anymore. Plus, any movie that they barbecue rats in it is alright in my book. Great title, Great action, & Great picture quality makes this flick Great Fun! It also has LYNN LOWRY in it, which is always a good thing but the kicker on this though is that it comes with a sealed HORROR HYPO-NEEDLE which is worth the price of this on it's own. Great Movie, Poor Blu Ray
I love this movie and have enjoyed the 2004 Grindhouse DVD for years. So I upgraded to the blu ray thinking it would be even better - it was worse. The night scenes (and there are a lot of them) are so dark you can barely see what's going on. The color in these scenes has a heavy amber shift. Neither of these problems existed on the DVD. The menu is problematic, sometimes it doesn't load properly and you have to power down, restart to get the options to play. Never had this happen with any other disc. The drive in tour extra looked fantastic, but stopped playing about 5 minutes in and just froze up. Again, never had this issue with any other disc before or since. Don't know what went wrong with Grindhouse releasing such a screwed up blu ray - their other discs are awesome quality. SO DISAPPOINTED!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
