Reasonably effective at the price
The item was reasonably straightforward to set up, and not trimming was needed in my case. Using it is initially somewhat uncomfortable, but overtime you can get used to it. The effectiveness is not 100%, based on information from my wife. Definite reduction in snoring volume, but it does not remove it completely

Under sized mouth guard- No returns accepted.
Buyer Beware, do not buy unless your mouth is smaller than an 8 yr old child. Company will not stand behind nor do they mention the size of the mouthguard. I'm a 50 yr old male, size 8 ball cap and avg mouth size, yet this was even too small for my girl friend's mouth who is 5'2" 108 lbs. DO NOT BUY!!!
