It was glaringly obvious that the bottle of honing oil had entirely soaked the shipment. I opened it and to my dismay and an incredible mess discovered that the cap was not secured. A Oil Soaked Mess. I contacted the seller informing him. He asked what he could do. I replied the least he could send me a new bottle of honing fluid. I have not received a reply.
