After reading Dondero's book, and having spent 20+ years in the sustainability camp, I believe he has covered the most important points for home owners. Energy conservation is the cheapest way to cut energy consumption and he has delivered the best advice. A timely tome!, Jeff Dondero makes a valuable contribution with The Energy Wise Home, especially with the point-by-point, room-by-room approach. The chapters on smart meters and smart homes give the book a really up to date perspective. If you think your utility bills are too high, as mine are, buy this book!
