Clunky and awkward design
I bought this to mount a 12" rack tom on a 24" kick. I prefer my rack tom to be in line with the snare and not centered on the bass drum which is why I went for the adjustable rail type mount. I opened the box to find a heavy, awkward and clumsy mounting bracket. I didn't install it on my drum but checked it out thoroughly and here are my conclusions. It comes with a velvet bag for transport but I couldn't figure out how it folds down without the large wing screws hitting the shell. I then looked at the possibility of removing it from the rail but that won't work either. The stability seems good but I can't imagine this mount being practical for a gigging drummer- just too heavy and awkward.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Gilbralter Vintage remake Drum Rail Percussion Mount
