They were great with communication and let me know they would ship it right back out to me. They provided a new tracking number and the item shows duplicate today. It appeared to have not been used and in new condition. Seller had great communication and notified me that the one they had was defective one and asked I waited a bit so he make it right and send me a new working unit vs sending me a known defective one. Would recommend seller based on honestly and fulfilling the order.
