Great Movies!!!
I told myself that I would never watch these movies--I'm a huge fan of the book--but I gave in after watching a few clips on YouTube. (Plus, my husband was disappointed that we'd already gone through The Lord of Rings, and wanted something else to watch.) Surprisingly, though, I actually really liked these! I know a lot of people were irritated with how much extra "stuff" was put into the movie, but you have to admit that J.R.R. Tolkien did leave out a lot of information, which calls for some serious artistic license. All in all, these were really good movies with a great story, and very engaging. Our family really enjoyed them!

I really loved all of these movies!
This is the best way to watch the Hobbit if you are just looking to see the films or to add them to your collection. I eventually want to see the Extended Editions of these incredible films.
