This item is from my collegiate alma mater, now East Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas, approximately fifty miles northeast of the Dallas area. I will be donating this item to the Department of Special Collections and University Archives to strengthen the University's historical record.     MIRACLE BALL REALLY HELPS BACK PAIN

    Purchased this set for my daughter to use because she keeps borrowing my set. She is not pregnant, so will not be used for that reason. I purchased this set because it was more reasonable in price than the "normal set". As a family, we have used the "balls" for many years now. When a stiffness/soreness pops up out come the balls. Prior to this, I visited chiropractors for many years; but was put off by always needing to return. Figured there must be a way to get oneself pain free at home. Thanks to Elaine Petrone, we have found a fix that is very useful for our family. The exercises are easy to follow --pictures very wonderful in seeing how they should be done. I do not need to use them as consistently as I did in the past. If my strengthening exercises fail to keep me limber, ...

    Relieves back pain

    This is my second set of Miracle Balls. I lent my first ones and never got them back. Hmmm, guess someone else liked them, too. If you have back or shoulder pain from a tight muscle, these are great. Just lie on them for a bit and then take them away and the pain is much improved. Loosens muscles as well as a massage. I have not done them routinely, or as a work out, just as needed.

    Love this exercise method, try it you'll like it.

    This method really helped with my back pain. I recommend highly to read the instruction book all the way through. Don't just start laying on the balls and expecting results because you can use them incorrectly. It is stressed that what seems simple does work. I've been using it for a month or so now and can clearly feel a difference on what was an aching back. My muscles were daily tense and that created such achy soreness every day. I was always saying, "oh my back". Now I don't say it if I use this method every nite. I really like using the balls. its soothing and easy. Stick w. it. In the beginning it may feel painful to use if your back was like mine. Slowly getting used to the method is acknowledged in the instruction book. So, end result is this method really worked for ...

    Great for whiplash!

    I have had a sore neck for 10 year from a car accident and laying with the ball under my neck for 3 minutes does wonders! Not only does it relieve pain but it instantly improves my posture. Simple and effective!!

    Used as directed, these pay for themselves very quickly

    After finding out how much money these two simple balls were saving me, I bought two more sets for friends who also have back and neck problems. My chiropractor visits went from monthly to semi-annually. If and when the balls start to get squashy, you get out your trusty bicycle pump and re-inflate to the desired firmness. Seems I'm using them weekly now, as preventive maintenance.
