pretty good
It works well, not as good as my hearing aid, but I like the fact you can use headphones, not stereo, only get sound from one side, fine with me

Great value and product
Half the price of others and still brand new@ got it for my mom whose hearing has always been an issue. She's got cancer now and this is very helpful thank u!

I Really Like My Williams Sound Amplifier (but I wish I had received all the parts)
Finally, I can watch TV and understand the words. For example, I can now understand every word on ALL IN THE FAMILY reruns, which was always an impossible show for me to understand. The battery is long-lasting, too. I have watched hours of TV and haven't noticed a drop on the battery strength. ONE GRIPE, THOUGH: I have mentioned on two reviews that my system arrived WITHOUT the clip that attaches the remote microphone to the tv. I have had to rig a device to do this, but I would REALLY like to recieve a clip from the manufacturer.

Works
Not perfect but really helps when watching TV and particularly helpful when walking in woods..makes you realize how much you miss without this help. Also convenient and comfortable headphones.

A Game Changer
A Game Changer. We purchased this for my 100-year-old mother-in-law who is extremely hard of hearing. She is way too far gone for hearing aids to help. This product enabled her to talk and listen to my wife for the first time in a couple of years. One of the nurses at the assisted living facility recommended it, and as I stated earlier, it is a game changer. P.S. She calls it her new ears!

Pocketalker Best Device for RSHL Condition
I have rare Reverse Slope Hearing Loss, which means my low frequency hearing is defective. Regular hearing aids, no matter how expensive, are basically useless. The Pocketalker is analog, and enables me to boost the bass, low frequencies, so it works very well for me. My $6,000.00 Oticons sound like Donald Duck, while the Pocketalker sounds great. Love them!

it works
The Pocket talker is a good idea - it works - it helps someone to hear. However the particular one I selected was no deal. There was a lot that was left unsaid about its condition. I found out I should not have made a choice based on only a picture of the box.

A very effecive aid for people with moderate hearing loss
I have moderate hearing loss. This unit allows me to hear speakers and meeting conversations clearly without the expense of full hearing aids. More than enough amplification and the tone control really helps when listening to speakers with either very deep or shrill voices.

Pocket Talker was basically new and work...
Pocket Talker was basically new and works very well. The amplifier helps with being able to hear as an addition to hearing aides that don't always work as expected. It is very easy to use.
