One of the golden poles was bent and out of place and there were scratches on it. I did notify the seller, but have not heard back. This item was listed as new and it was not new so the description was false.

It was just a little bit late but then upon arrival, I did notice that 3 were broken. These were not expensive but I did mention it to the Seller (in case his daughter needed to know how to pack things more carefully) and he was kind enough to give me a generous refund for the broken items. More than fair, and I was allowed to keep them to try to repair them.
