Original label showed Royal Mail, 1st Class on April 28, Large letter @ 2.80 GBP, though I paid 17.38 GBP in S/H! Finally arrived via Pitney Bowes E-bay Global Shipping, this program is awful. Not the sellers fault and can't blame them.
