Well, Fed Ex beat the heck out of the box, but it arrived in one piece and in working condition. I order lots of printers, and the biggest problem I have is getting them to arrive undamaged. I have ordered printers from Palm Printers multiple times and they always arrive in good condition. Thanks for packaging your products so they survive. I might find a cheaper price for the same thing, but the price makes no difference when the product arrives broken. You guys ROCK!

Missing the the electrical cord which I need to run printer. Also it took 19 days to receive. Other than those two issues, everything else was excellent. Printer was in excellent condition and was like new. It was packed amazingly well. I assume the cord will be sent to me and was just an “oops”. Would definitely buy from them again,

Excellent support, and delivery of a fully-functional printer
Printer was in good cosmetic and operational condition. The previously advised problem with the ink cartridges was resolved by swapping them out with another set, then putting the originals back in again. What really surprised me was the comparison of the internal condition of the carriage and transfer assemblies, as the one I've been using since 2016 has an even tint of magenta over everything in the carriage path, while the replacement looks brand new by comparison. As a bonus, after several days of being turned off due to the "false paper jam" error, the original came up for a simple scanning job but seemed to have recovered from the bogus jam fault state - thus giving me a perfectly functional spare for standby purposes (and another printer that can use all that stockpiled ... It's really not just another "painted-commercial advertisement".
The All-in-One Wireless Printer Pro 8630 was just "what the doctor ordered". Very simple and easy to setup right out of the box. I really love the on-screen LCD tutorial and all the other included features w online services provided to newly registered users who enjoy having these additional networking tools assisting in various types of productivity.

Printer is fantastic! The manual sucks!
It took over two hours to set the printer up to work wireless and that was with a call to HP's Tech Support. However, once working the printer is as advertised. Faster than the HP 8600 that I've used for almost ten years. It does it's own maintenance which I had to spend hours with the old machine to accomplish. Time will tell whether the Ink Supply program will be a savings to me, as I used to refill my own ink cartridges on the 8600 at a tremendous savings. There are features on this printer that I haven't used yet. THE BIG COMPLAINT that I have; I like to print a hard copy of all users manuals on the equipment that I own. FORGET IT with this machine. Whoever designed the manual has his head so far up his behind he can't see his shoes. There are close to 200 pages and every page has a ... If forces me to have to go online whenever I need to look up something rather than having the answer in my hand for easier answers!!! But, other than that moronic problem, the Printer is well worth the price and the effort.

The print quality is second-to-none. I've been a long time HP user and they just keep getting better. I like the second paper tray that I can piut a different type or size of paper in and not have to take the paper out, change it, use the new and switch it back out. Being able to remove the printer head out to clean it if necessary is a great feature. I also like that in addition to being able to align the heads, there is a clean function also. bargain buy for HP printer
The HP printer was received in a timely manner and well packaged without damage. It was clean as new and very easy to assemble. It worked properly once powered on. The document feeder works great. It prints with good quality and ink replacement was easy. The paper feeder tray works smoothly and without jamming. I bought this to replace one just like it. This is a good choice for my office. It receives and sends faxes without any delays. I am very satisfied with this purchase and its function as an All-in-one printer. Very reasonable price.The HP printer was received in a timely manner and well packaged without damage. It was clean as new and very easy to assemble. It worked properly once powered on.
