    Must read if you want to be healthier.

    If you are looking for ways to improve your health, this is a must-read! The hacks it gives are super easy and they work. I use a Lumen to measure my carbon dioxide, and my levels are low when I use the hacks. Such a good book that in addition to my kindle copy, I purchased the paper copy to share with others.
