    Drives arrive as described; excellent condition. Packaged nicely and shipped promptly; no issues. Communication with the seller was also excellent. Pricing was a little high in comparison to other SSDs, but the drive capacity is not easy to find, so pricing can be considered competitive. Would buy again.

    DOA, and hard drive was shipped not in the original packaging or sealed bag, i.e. possibly not in the "new" condition it was advertised. Requested a refund, and was told I had to format the drive first and had to submit screen shots of my disk management console, even though this drive was meant for a NAS and simply was not recognized. Eventually, a refund was issued, though I could have done without the presumptuous arrogance. Not a seller I would use again!

    Best upgrade I ever made for the money!

    I went from the i7 920 to this X5670 and the performance difference is night and day. I went from a Cinebench R15 score of 418 to 673cb for the CPU and from 66 to 78fps for the OpenGL test. Once overclocked the scores jumped to 920cb and 103fps respectively. This is running with a Asus Strix GTX 1070. Game performance and workstation performance has improved significantly, especially with CPU intensive programs/games. I'm running it @4Ghz (22x multi, 1.34vcore, 182fsb, 1.129v qpi) on an Asus P6T Deluxe v1 with the latest bios (make sure to install the latest bios before installing the X5670). Rock solid with a Corsair H80 at minimum fan setting with idle temps of 40 degrees and load of 69 degrees. There's still room for tweaking, but I'm happy with 4Ghz and don't want to add any extra ...

    Perfect for Dell T7500

    Wanted to do cheap upgrade for a Dell T7500 home lab server and the X5670 works perfect. Upgraded from E5645 to x5670 and I can tell a bit of improvement on performance. I'm running VMs so needed the extra CPU power. Install was easy and stays pretty cool. Was worried about higher wattage usage and heat output, but seems to stay cooler than older model. Just installed so time will tell on reliability, but Intel Xeon prods never have let me down. Granted they are older CPUs, but they still outperform some of the newer CPUs and a whole lot cheaper.

    The processors work great, relatively easy install. MUCH better processors than my previous.

    I now have a 24 thread server running unraid. These processors have drastically improved the power of my z800. They went in easy, and were recognized by the system no problem.Unraid sees all 24 threads and runs amazingly well now. Running unraid? 89.99 lifetime. Adding drives? 116 each for 4tb drives. Going from 8 threads to 24? Priceless.

    Best deal ever! $34 for what cost ~$1400 when first introduced.

    And an easy 25-35% performance boost over the first generation i7 920 CPU it replaced. Will be more if and when I get it stably overclocked. I haven't yet, but that's not the chip's fault, more mine as I'm not sure how to best set everything. Many report stable 4.1 Ghz overclock speeds.

    Good performance upgrade for Quad-core Mac Pro

    The 2.93GHz 6-core CPU provided a significant performance upgrade for my aging 2010 Mac Pro. The new CPU replaced a 2.8GHz 4-core processor and was relatively easy to install with the help of a YouTube movie.
