Superb serious-photographer-level mat cutter,
Superb cutter: does everything (except, perhaps, ovals), and does it well. It takes a bit of fine-tuning, but it's quite easy to cut custom-sized window mats without visible overcuts. It's a bit large, yes, which can be a drawback if you're space limited. I have a dedicated 4-foot folding table that I set up on Mat Day. Other days, the cutter leans against the wall in a corner. If you're looking for a mat cutter of quality that your mats meet gallery expectations, this is it. Bigger IS better
