Bad product, does not work as advertised.
It does not work, I have followed the instructions to a T but the key pad does not mate up to the garage door motor. As instructed, I pressed the purple learn button on the motor, and within 30 seconds on the key pad put in a 4 digit code, and nothing happens. The batteries are all new, the light lights up when the purple button is pressed. The only thing that does not happen is for the lights to blink. I spent a day trying to get them to mate, but it does not happens. I think the unit was bad to begin with.

Easy set up, original Craftsman part.
Works great and is easy to set up. But remember it doesn’t work with older garage openers. You must have the newer series 100 or it won’t work.

Not compatible with early Sears Craftsman openers. Double check before ordering.
Was advised by the Craftsman/Sears replacement parts hotline that I needed this part along with another part as they were to be compatible with my Sears Craftsman garage door opener with a manufacturer date of 07/96. After numerous attempts at programming I had a local garage door company look into it and they advised that the parts are not compatible with the opener.

Perfect if Compatible
As long as it is compatible with your garage door opener, this is perfect. simple to set up and use. Just research your compatibility before purchasing.

It didn't work and can't be returned.
Before I purchased this item I contacted Sears Technical Support to see if this remote would operate my specific door opener. I was assured that it would work. It didn't. I went to this level of research because I knew there was no return on this item. Oh well....

easy install and simple 2 button set up
Only one I found that works the 100 series craftsman. If you have a model 200 made in China this is the one that will work your opener.

It did not work for me.
I tried several times and it did work. I bought one at Lowe's and it works. Also very easy to setup.
