It gave me the courage to try.
Seriously! I had my Instant Pot for three weeks before I got up enough courage to try using it. The first thing I cooked was eggs (hard boiled). No more peeling away half the egg! ! I've also tried the Brown Rice & Beans (I LOVE beans), Chicken Marsala, Lentil Soup, and Hot & Sour Soup. Instantly yum!
Purchased this cookbook based on reviews that I e seen in an instant pot group -and I’m not disappointed. Already have tried some of the recipes, and dinner came out great! I’d recommend this cookbook to anyone who has an instant pot; it’s easy to follow step by step, has great photos, and the recipes are specifically designed tor using this method.
