The binoculars functioned perfectly but was missing the associated accessories such as the lens caps. That was expected as there was not mention of it in the description. They would not include sales tax even though I paid it for my purchase. They started at $5, then $15 and eventually I just wanted to stop communicating and stop dealing with them. They are unreasonable. Difficult to deal with. Ship their items in crummy reused chip boxes. That get damaged. Items are more damaged than described. I will never buy from this seller again! The dolls were packaged well but there was clear shipping carrier mishandling as it looks like every single fragile sticker was punched. Hopefully the carrier actually did that damage. You consistently said the dolls were in worse condition which we can see the pictures for comparison, the dolls were in the same listed condition.
